My name is Rira Chiyong. I am a healing dragon Vtuber and artist based in Vancouver, Canada.My content is primarily creating illustrations involving anime culture and original characters. I love to make characters move so I use Live2D and Clip Studio Paint to animate.I also stream my art on twitch and youtube as well as playing the many games I own. Please make sure the psd is fully seperated by the artist. If it is not seperated, I'll have to give notes to send back to the artist. If the artist refuses to do further seperations, I can do them with their permission and an extra cost [last resort only].

All prices are in USD. I will either send a Paypal or Stripe invoice.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order with or without reason
I will start on your commission after payment. Half Payment is acceptable too.
All sales are final and I do not allow any form of resale.
Will only allow a maximum of 3 revisions for each wip process(sketch, lineart and colour). If there's any revisions after that, I will have to charge extra
I do not allow any modifications once the commission is finished.
Do not use any of my works on an AI Learning/Generate site or use for block chain/cryptocurrency/NFT.
Credit is required when posting or using the artwork both personal and commercial. Do not trace or claim my work as your own.
Average Delivery Time: Illustrations/Emotes = 2-4 weeks, Live2D = 1-2 Months.
I do not accept rush commissions and will decline them if the deadline is lower than the average delivery time.
For Live2D illustration animated loops, please make sure you have permission from the original artist and have the character seperated from the background. I will not accept any AI generated images.
I have the right to post WIPS and stream your commission. If you would like to keep your commission private, there will be an NDA fee that will be an extra 20% of your commission.
You may commission me through VGen, Discord or my business email.
I will only issue a refund if:
I don't complete your commission after 3 months of payment.
An emergency happens in my life that hinders my ability to complete the commission.
Commercial rates:
Streaming purposes (twitch, youtube): Additional +25% fee of the original price
Merch: Additional +50% fee of the original price
Commercial Fee is already included in Emotes and Live2D prices

Q: What programs do you use for art?A: I mainly use Clip Studio Paint for illustrations and fbf animations, however I occasionally use Asesprite for pixel art.
Q: What programs do you use for Videos?A: For videos I use DaVinci Resolve and Shoost. I use Reaper to record audio.
Q: What tools do you use for content creation?A: XP-Pen 22E Pro, IPhone 11 & Insta360 GO 3S
Q: Can I draw you?A: Of course, I would be more than happy if you drew me~ Tag me or use #rirart when posted. In case there's uncertainy on comfort levels I do have fanart rules but I'm mostly chill.

Q: Who's Yonggu?A: A mascot for Rira. Yonggu is also used as my fan name as Yong is a Korean dragon while -gu comes from the Korean word "Chinggu" which means friend.
Q: How long have you been drawing for?A: I have been drawing for 10+ years but I started taking art seriously in 2023.
Q: What's your usual drink in a cafe?A: Rose Milk Tea, but if they don't have it Mango Green Tea~
